Salem Health's Urgent Care Clinic, located in Woodburn, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as we continue to grow our services in this community. Our brand-new, multi-specialty clinic currently includes: Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Obstetrics, and onsite x-ray, ultrasound and lab services, with the goal to bring additional specialties into the clinic as we grow!
Details:
184 10-hr shifts/calendar year
Clinic days/hours: 8am - 10pm, 7 days/week
May float, as needed, to any Urgent Care/Same-Day Clinic within Salem Health Medical Group
May offer virtual, telemedicine appointments from the clinic setting, to patients in remote locations
Our patients receive comprehensive medical services through our robust Medical Group of more than 250 providers and 16 specialties, focused on enhancing the patient experience and providing higher levels of care coordination. Woodburn is uniquely positioned geographically to serve a broad catchment area including metropolitan and rural communities and boasts active lifestyle opportunities unique to the Pacific Northwest.
Highlights:
Base salary upon hire, productivity-based compensation after 12-months of hire
Annual Group Incentive Bonus Program up to 20% base compensation
$4,000 + 40 hours annual CME allowance
Up to $30,000 education assistance
Relocation assistance & start bonus
You may be a qualified candidate if you:
Completed a Nurse Practitioner Program recognized by the Oregon Board of Nursing.
Possess a Master’s Degree or higher in Nursing, or in a field deemed to be equivalent by the Oregon Board of Nursing.
Hold a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon.
Hold a current, unencumbered Certificate as a Nurse Practitioner through the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
Hold a valid, unencumbered NP national certification issued by a nationally accrediting body.
DEA certification.
Have at least two (2) years experience as a NP in an urgent care or acute care setting.
Spanish speaking desirable but not required.
