Wilsonville Subaru BDC Salesperson-Job Description The Business Development Center Service Agent focuses on increasing the sales traffic of the dealership by receiving inbound service appointment calls and making outbound calls which produce solid and specific appointments for the sales department. The BDC Salesperson must be a friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic. Job Responsibilities: ' Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person). ' Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance. 'Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business 'Keep website up-to-date with vehicle specifications and availability 'Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles 'Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management 'Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor. Job Qualifications: 'A High School Diploma or GED is required. 'One year of automotive sales experience highly preferred. 'Requires strong communication and telephone skills 'Excellent computer skills is highly preferred Wage: $10 per hour base, plus commission. Minimum wage is guaranteed
