LindeGases North America is seeking a Quality Process Change Manager to join our team located at any Linde Electronics location (Kingman, AZ, Medford, OR, Research Triangle Park, NC, Alpha, NJ, or Phoenix, AZ).

The Quality Process ChangeManager plans and oversees change management processes across the electronicsbusiness to ensure compliance with key customer requirements.This position will be responsible fordelivering a best in class program that demonstrates effectiveness of thechange control management system across multiple sites and departments.

Quality Process Change Manager

  • Defines andfollows change classifications and customer notification aligned with minimumrequirements.

  • Ensures the changecontrol system has an appropriate approval loop, internal review board, andtraceable records.

  • Ensures changedocumentation captures supporting data and utilizes appropriate statisticalmethods to validate process changes.

  • Communicatesmanagement of change policies and procedures to all relevant personnel.

  • Records theactual change implementation date or first lot affected.

  • Defines andtracks indicators to monitor quality system health.

  • Documentschanges in a searchable records system enabling rapid data extraction.

  • Ensures thechange process includes statistically sound data collection plans and usesstatistical methods for validation, where appropriate.

  • Assistswith communication of change policies and procedures to Linde suppliers.

  • Collaborateswith internal stakeholders to ensure timely notification to customers.

  • Maintains aschedule of critical to business process changes; communicates with sitequality coordinators weekly to escalate project delays.

  • Provide technicalsupport and act as liaison between production (manufacturing) sites, SeniorManagement and Account Management teams.

  • Communicatedirectly with customers and account managers to resolve issues and developimprovement plans.

  • Drivesimprovements to make the process more efficient and effective.

  • Maintains acomprehensive template that drives standardization for documentation, risk assessment,qualification, and implementation of changes (e.g. white paper template).

  • Deliversformal change control training to suppliers and internal teams

  • Thesupplier extensively uses statistical methods for the validation of plannedchanges.

  • Definesprogram KPIs and demonstrates clear, continuous improvement with data-drivensetting of more aggressive goals.

  • Regularlyreviews effectiveness of planned and approved changes.

  • Supportactive 3-deep plan for PCS Core team:provide guidance counselling and/or back-up for MSA program activities,SQC/SPC program support, Process Control Plan (PCP) support

  • Other dutiesas assigned

Qualifications

  • Technical Degree plus 5-10 years operational & analyticalbackground

  • Extensive knowledge of statistical methods and measurement systemsanalysis, for validation of planned changes

  • Thorough understanding of the technology and operating parameters ofthe electronics business.

  • Advanced understanding of statistical software applications such asNWA and Minitab

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in order tocommunicate effectively with customers and senior management

  • Project Management certification a plus

  • Demonstrated capabilities and expertise within the areas of statisticsand systems analysis.
