Cascade Summit Montessori School, established in 1999, inspires children 18 months through Kindergarten to learn through discovery! The Montessori Method of Education, developed by Maria Montessori, is a child-centered educational approach based on scientific observations of children. Montessori programs offer a unique, mixed-age classroom environment, for children approximately 3 to 5 years old. Children engage in individual learning experiences, as well as one-on-one interactions, which are integral to the Montessori Method.
Our Head of School and Education Manager are MACTE-accredited, certified Directresses, ensuring a depth of quality Montessori support for our faculty, families and students. Our caring, experienced faculty members provide rich educational experiences for each child while guiding them through the Montessori classroom at the child’s individual pace. Our teachers collaborate and support each other as they celebrate each child’s daily achievements. Training and on-going professional development is provided for all teachers to advance in knowledge and roles.

Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply
Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans, Montessori a plus!
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent minimum, higher education preferred
