Starting Pay Rate: $17-$21/hour (DOE) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Primary Job Function Gives daily assistance to production personnel concerning quality related issues, inspection and testing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 'Works with all aspects of product reject process; assists in forms and actions necessary to complete corrective action. 'Coordinates customer or internal corrective action as assigned by quality assurance manager. 'Utilizes necessary quality assurance tools and equipment to inspect and verify measurements against customer specifications. 'Assists in the planning and inspection of new and revised parts 'Assists in the calibration and document control functions 'Functions as Quality Auditor of IMC for production processes and for the QMS 'Follows established safety protocols including required usage of PPE; helps to maintain a safe working environment. 'Keeps work area clean and organized 'Performs other duties as assigned by the QA Manager Minimum Qualifications and Experience Minimum skills, knowledge, education, certifications and related job experience that employee typically must have to perform essential functions of the job acceptably. 'Strong math and measurement skills 'Knowledge of and ability to use measuring tools, tape measure and calculator. 'Competent in the usage of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software programs needed to effectively analyze and effectively communicate for the requirements of the position. 'Strong attention to detail 'Dependability; honesty & integrity; a positive, proactive attitude; ability to use time productively, working with minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team.
