Now hiring entry level machine operators in Tualatin to start ASAP!

Job Description:

You will be working at a plastic manufacturing company that support the automotive industry. Your job will be to load and unload small plastic components in automated machines and do various quality checks on them. You will be operating multiple machines as you progress.

Must Haves:

• Ability To Be On Feet For 12 Hours.

• Ability To Multitask

• Basic Computer Knowledge

• Prefer Manufacturing Experience But Open To Little Or No Experience.

Shifts: 12 hour shifts, making 2 hours of overtime every time you work. One week you will work 3 days and have 4 days off and the following yo will work 4 days and have 3 days off!

Choose one of the shifts below:

• Shift A Monday - Wednesday (E/O Thursday) 5:45am-6:00pm

• Shift B Monday - Wednesday (E/O Thursday) 5:45pm-6:00am

• Shift C Friday – Sunday (E/O Thursday) 5:45am-6:00pm

• Shift D Friday – Sunday (E/O Thursday) 5:45pm-6:00am

Pay: $15-$18 depending on shift. Graveyard shifts make more.

As a direct employee you are also eligible for full benefit coverage for themselves at little or no cost to them, depending on the Medical plan they choose.

Benefits start the first day of the month after the date of hire, and include comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision and self-referral for chiropractic, naturopathic, massage therapy and acupuncture.

Employees are given $672 per month to pick and choose the benefits above. Two-party and family benefits are offered but would be out of pocket, pre-tax payroll deductions.

Additional benefits that are fully company paid include an EAP, Short and Long term disability effective the same as the day as the health benefits.

After 6 months of employment, employees are eligible for a generous PTO plan that accrues based on hours worked, but could equal 18 hours a month (holiday hours are paid out of this bank when there is a holiday and the company is completely shut down even if they have not reached 6 months of employment.)

A 401(K) plan is also a benefit after 6 months of service and effective the next entry date at the start of every quarter, we offer a match of 2% on the first 4% of the employee contribution.
