The Accountiant plays a key role in overseeing Hallco Industries initiatives; prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information; and Summarizes financial status by collecting information; and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements. Duties and Responsibilities - The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities. 'Manage daily accounts receivable and account payable responsibilities, including payment collection, billing responsibilities and weekly check runs. 'Manage monthly and yearly close requirements. 'Responsible for cash management and forecasting. 'Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data. 'Prepare timely Financial Statements & Management Reports 'Responsible for all revenue recognition reporting and compliance requirements. 'Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers. 'Maintain cost accounting and inventory internal controls. 'Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
