Aerotek Development Coordinator in Tigard, Oregon
Description:
Seeking a Development Admin for a commercial/multi-family builder in Tigard, OR. This person will support the project executive and development managers in administrative tasks, invoicing, documentation, project review, planning, presentations.
Work closely with members of the development, design, construction, and support teams to help document project statuses in smartsheet, invoicing in procore, and support in bid documents
Assist Project Manager with pre-construction review of drawings, verifying all Development requirements are met and accuracy of drawings
Collect, organize, update, and distribute construction documentation, including drawings, specs, submittals, estimates, contracts, PO’s, O&M’s
Help review contract documents to include reviewing all drawings and specifications for design inconsistencies and conflicts
Make site visits during construction; provide reports of construction status
Assist in preparing coordination communications as directed by the Project Manager
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
administration/project support experience within a small, dynamic, growing team.
ideally understands A&E, Construction, Development cycle
professional in communication and presentation to clients
great software skills and aptitude to learn (MS Office, smartsheet, excel, construction software: IE procore)
understands some AR/AP to support in invoicing
