About the Program Creekside RTF is a mental health Residential Treatment Facility serving men and women in 9 residential beds and 3 short term crisis resolution beds. This program provides 24/7 quality residential care in a nurturing environment with the emphasis on recovery and re-integration into the community. Position Details We have a Full-Time opening for the Personal Care Associate position at our Creekside RTF program in The Dalles, Oregon. If you have experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiving, then this position might be a good fit for you. Work Schedule: Friday ' Monday, 12:00pm-10:30pm (Swing) This position requires that applicants have the ability to work as a member of a direct care team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness; to support the development of life skills; perform housekeeping and meal preparation; and pass medication. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
