The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for managing all aspects of the Property Management housekeeping department. S/he oversees the department to ensure overall product quality, safety and financial responsibility. The Executive Housekeeper will motivate and train staff to provide the most exceptional guest service as well as maintain the AAA Four Diamond standards.
The Executive Housekeeper will always conduct him/herself in a manner in which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment.
The Executive Housekeeper shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
High school diploma or equivalent
A two or four year degree from accredited college or university preferred
Vacation Rental Housekeeping experience highly preferred
At least three years housekeeping experience required
At least one year in similar position preferred
Prior Four or Five diamond experience preferred
