PacificSource Health Plans Business Administration Project Coordinator in Springfield, Oregon
Support the development, research, implementation, and maintenance of large commercial groups. Assist with the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) set-up, implementation, and performance reporting for large fully insured and self-insured clients. Ensure timeframes anddeadlines to support department in providing customer service.
Assist with daily updates to spreadsheet tracking of identified key milestones for new, renewing and rework for large groups. Post the tracking spreadsheet to the Large Group Implementation SharePoint site internal staff to view.
Act as a liaison between Commercial Programs, Sales and Operations. Escalate client and/or group issues as needed, and facilitate with issue resolution.
Assist Implementation Strategist with meeting agendas and minutes, tracking milestones and follow-up items.
Facilitate meetings (internally and externally) when needed.
Act as back up with facilitating internal weekly meeting for status updates on new, renewing and rework for large groups.
Post group specific internal meeting notes to group’s folder on the Large Group Implementation SharePoint site.
Maintain performance guarantee metrics and reporting for select large group clients.
Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain consistent language and operation requirements and support in relation to the organization's sales, materials management, production and overall operating functions.
Participate in the annual review of the Benefit Detail Form (BDF) templates; and post on SharePoint for internal use. Annually assign Carrier Account Group (CAG) to standard large group pharmacy benefits and submit to Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM).
Meet department and company performance and attendance expectations.
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Work Experience:Two years’experience in insurance industry andin a position that required research, presentations, and effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Education, Certificates, Licenses:Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.BA/BS preferred.
Knowledge:A thorough understanding of insurance products, contracts, administrative procedures, and the health insurance industry’s legal and mandatory guidelines preferred.Ability to remain current on PacificSource administrative procedures and products, healthcare, and the health insurance industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to communicate effectively with all types of individuals.Must be able to work under pressure and meet all deadlines.Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Consistently and effectively pays attention to detail, produces high quality work in a timely manner, and strives to increase production without sacrificing quality.Handle sensitive issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness.

Environment:Work inside in a general office setting with ergonomically configured equipment. Travel is required approximately 5%of the time.
