Thermo Fisher Scientific Technical Digital Transformation Manager in Salem, Oregon
*This is a Remote Opportunity based anywhere within the US*
The Technical Digital Transformation Manager acts as a key partner between management teams and the IES Field Technical Specialists Team as well as other global service partners. This role will be the point of contact for enabling IES Digital remote services and our Commercial colleagues to collectively deliver professional services remotely utilizing digital training, augmented reality, virtual integration, and provide teamwork to support IES Colleagues; improving the customer experience.
Partner in continuity of digital training within IES Specialists teams globally.
Transitioning from onsite FSE support to content, digital, augmented reality support.
Virtual Integration with Product Support Engineering enhancing services within IES global field service.
Partner with divisions in driving digital Workflow Solutions Integration.
Mentors technical specialists and oversees the resolution of escalated customers remotely in collaboration with local service teams.
Brings issues and recommendations from the field to the Service Integration team (SID), Quality/Product Support/Manufacturing Engineering groups.
Works with the IES Training Department, collaborating on material with the factories and the IES specialists' teams to conduct virtual training.
Collaborates in monitoring the quality of products and services with Business units.
Managing overall integrated solution delivery service model to ensure total customer satisfaction
Collaborates with integrations of new product lines with IES Service Integration Team.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree: Science related, technical or other relevant degree, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5-10 years of technical experience in service operations and/or commercial environment

Proven ability to recognize and understand problems on sophisticated electronic, mechanical and optical instrumentation maintained in a laboratory environment
Ability to manage deadlines accurately, effectively and efficiently.
