The role of Technology Solutions Delivery – TMT Senior Manager will be to identify and close sales opportunities and provide consulting services to TMT industry clients to help them improve business performance.
Help mentor, coach and counsel their team members and help us build an inclusive culture and high-performing teams
Maximize operational efficiencies on engagements
Enhance the EY brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients and alliance partners
Provide strategic and relevant insight, connectedness and responsiveness to all clients to anticipate their needs
Stay current with the latest trends in the TMT industry to be a trusted advisor and subject-matter resource for our client’s business
Your key responsibilities
Provide industry insights that energize growth
Lead consulting engagements that solve complex issues in the TMT industry
Successfully mentor, coach and delegate work to team members
Support the EY inclusiveness culture
Successfully manage engagement time and budgets
Demonstrate deep understanding of the client’s industry and marketplace
Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge and enhance client service delivery
Drive new business opportunities by developing ideas, proposals and solutions
Develop long-term relationships with networks both internally and externally
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field
A minimum of 8 years of related work experience or a graduate degree and 7 years of related work experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience delivering consulting services to TMT clients
Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and developing new business opportunities
Flexibility to work across people, business and technology consulting services as needed to pursue sales opportunities and deliver engagements
Proven technology delivery work experience in one or more of the following domains: customer/agent-facing sales and service portals; sales and marketing technologies; e-commerce and buy-flow; order management and service provisioning; enterprise services; rating and billing; networks; supply chain management; or asset management
Experience with the design and delivery of packaged application software across Oracle PeopleSoft, NetSuite, EBS, Fusion/Cloud ERP and/or Hyperion, IBM Maximo EAM, Watson and/or Sterling Commerce SCM, as well as various analytics and integration technologies
Ability to work remotely from home via video meeting technologies to pursue sales opportunities, build client relationships and deliver engagements
Willingness to travel up to 80% and a valid driver’s license
