This position provides mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and group, will assess the nature and extent of a client's MH and COD presenting problems, and formulates a plan for service that will address MH and COD issues.
Qualified candidate must be; Enrolled in Master's degree program in counseling, social work, and/or other degree in mental health field; must be participating in graduate course work in theory, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders, and must be willing to work with persons who have mental health issues and those who are in emotional distress.
