Position Summary:

Support of the Aftermarket organization by providing direct Aftermarket sales support to our Regional Sales Managers, dealers, distributors, end-users and A&E consultants. Working closely within assigned region(s), this includes: providing quotes for Aftermarket sales to customers and Carrier/Onity field sales, direct selling of Aftermarket solutions, promoting new Aftermarket solutions, communicating updates and/or changes to products, responding to routine sales leads from internal or external sources.

Typical Roles/Area of Focus:

  • Lead short-term Aftermarket sales initiatives/campaigns

  • Proactive selling initiatives/lead qualification

  • Drive Aftermarket quote closure win rate

  • Generate and issue of quotes related to product and support services

  • Communicate sales promotions, new product introductions or updates

Level of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for projects or multiple tasks within functional subject area

  • Works with limited guidance on projects with short-term focus

  • Assigned territory with focus on exceeding quotas

  • Up to 10% travel to support sales meetings, trade show suport, and campaigns.

  • Team orientated and can adapt quickly to changes in the market

  • Makes meaningful contributions to their team by applying their knowledge of the subject area

  • Has a solid understanding of the fundamentals of the field and role with ongoing development of specialized knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication skills – phone, verbal, & written

  • Excellent presentation skills – in-person and remote

  • Strong selling skills, process oriented, exceptionally organized

  • Ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits

  • Strong analytical experience (2+ years)

  • Bachelors degree required (MBA preferred) and 2+ years experience

  • Formal sales training (Miller Heiman) is a plus

  • Experience with Sales Force is a plus
