Apply knowledge of software and systems to assist in the design, development, and ongoing modification of applications used at Mosaic for health care. Educate staff and assist in problem solving to promote the implementation and optimal use of health care software within Mosaic. Provide reports and data analysis relevant to the applications used at Mosaic.
• Work with clinical applications team to select, test, and evaluate new or modified health application solutions, data structures, and decision-support mechanisms to support patients, health care professionals, and their information systems management within Mosaic Medical’s health care context.
• Translate practice information between medical records, administrative and IT staff, using workflow design models and other techniques.
• Support the delivering of training programs for clinical applications, creating, guides, operating manuals, and testing materials as needed.
