We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in a temporary assignment. This position provides administrative support for our Behavioral Health team in the Healthcare Services department.

Primary Functions: 01. Handles multi-line phone system and directs calls to appropriate personnel;02. Conduct accurate provider searches and related documentation;03. Multi-task various tasks such as filing, printing, faxing, etc.04. Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  1. High school education or equivalent.

  2. 1-2 years clerical experience.

  3. Typing skills of 35 wpm and 10-key proficiency of 135 kspm on a computer numeric keypad.

  4. Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

  5. Demonstrated skill in organization, and telephone and interpersonal communication.

  6. Ability to come to work on time and on a daily basis.

  7. Maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image.
