Kforce Technical Architect IV in Portland, Oregon

Kforce has a client in search of a Technical Architect IV in Portland, OR.Duties:

  • Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes

  • Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data

  • Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns

  • Use predictive modeling and machine learning to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, prospect targeting and other business outcomes

  • Present information using data visualization techniques

  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions

  • Coordinate with different functional teams e.g. product development and/or engineering to implement models and monitor outcomes

  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies

  • Extending company's data with third party sources of information when needed

  • Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems

  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis

  • Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical or design field (Computer Science, Software Design, Full Stack Development, Electrical Engineering) or related field required; MBA or other related advanced degree preferred

  • BS/BA 6 years of experience or applicable Master's degree 4 years of experience

  • Should have excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical solutions to business executive in simple terms

  • Experience with numerous machine learning/deep learning models such as neural networks, LSTM, autoencoder, anomaly detection

  • Experience with Natural language processing

  • Experience with methods of business validation of ML models

  • Experience with statistical modeling and methods

  • Experience with team leadership-managing work across a small team of data scientists, analysts, engineers

  • Experience developing data pipelines for model training and validation

  • Experience developing end-to-end model prediction pipelines on live data

  • Experience deploying and managing large cloud compute workloads for optimal speed and cost efficiency

  • Experience with Spark and related technologies

  • Experience on major cloud analytics platforms AWS, Google, or Azure (Azure preferred)

  • Experience deploying machine learning solutions through to DevOps stage in a large, enterprise environment

  • Azure ADLS or AWS S3

  • Databricks or Jupyter

  • Python

  • PySpark or PyTorch

  • GitHub or similar collaborative dev hub

  • Experience in the manufacturing domain, especially product quality

  • Experience in automotive, especially aftermarket service and support

  • Experience with telematics IoT
