Moda’s UX designers are the company's passionate advocate for our customers in the development of all digital solutions They animate the Moda Health brand by conceptualizing and designing digital experiences that deliver on customer and business needs. Our UX Designers collaborate with cross-functional teams including: creative, marketing, project managers, programmers, stakeholders, strategists and executives. UX Designers contribute to our overall digital strategy by designing well-functioning and delightful experiences for the users of our products. They design products by gaining deep understanding of our users, creating experience maps, and iterative solutions via prototypes. Successful UX designers are flexible, confident and well versed in the multiple channels our customers use and what they expectPrimary Functions:
Lead work sessions with customers, business, technical and marketing teams on a variety of digital projects that address user needs, product, business, brand and marketing briefs and requirements.
Conduct, summarize and present digital heuristic and competitive audits.
Work in tandem with Sales, IT and Marketing, Creative and content strategists, analysts, developers, and project managers to interpret, concept and develop digital solutions
Create well designed detailed documentation (e.g. experience maps, personas, prototypes) to support the execution of digital and social media initiatives.
Employ research techniques to refine solutions.
Confidently and clearly present concepts and solutions to a large variety of solutions.
Contribute to the overall evolution of the digital design process within the company.
Conduct testing and analysis of feedback on the delivery, experience, use and evolution of digital solutions
Act as project manager on smaller projects to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet our user’s needs.

Minimum of three to seven years of user-centered design experience in a corporate or agency environment.
Degree in Information Science, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology or related subject or equivalent relevant experience.
Expert level experience design skills creating user journey maps, site/system flows, site architecture diagrams, and low-fidelity interactive wireframes/prototypes.
Ambitious about User Experience including technology, psychology, marketing and design constantly striving to learn more and share with teams
Desire to collaborate in team environments and be able to support decisions from logical evidence-based criteria.
Possess visual design aptitude including layout, hierarchy, typography, color patterns, etc. as well as an attention to detail.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe’s Creative Suite, Microsoft Office suite, prototyping tools like Axure, and paper-based methods to create, refine and document solutions.
Understanding of digital technologies to make informed optimal solutions.
Proactive, self-starter who can work independently or part of a team with proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Healthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred.
A portfolio of designs, mock-ups, and deliverables that solved needs.
