Autodesk Senior Support Partner Program Manager in Portland, Oregon

Position Overview

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to design and gain approval for support channel models and programs. As part of this process, you will assess the capacity of our current support partner ecosystem, identify capacity gaps, structure programs to engage a variety of partners (SIs, VARs, ESPs), and build an enablement and qualification model to ensure partner readiness. You will help to rationalize new and existing channel models and be seen as a thought leader on how we evolve our support channel strategy.


  • Develop and build organizational alignment around long- and short-term support partner strategy

  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on all aspects of program design

  • Manage programs through all phases of the development cycle, from analysis and design through implementation and tracking

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working in a channel environment and a strong understanding of indirect sales models

  • Experience with digital distribution, affiliate programs, direct market resellers, retailers or volume channels a plus

  • Proven success driving complex, cross-functional projects

  • Ability to translate big picture ideas into action

  • Desire to shape strategy and drive company channel strategy through execution

  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives

  • Ability to build relationships across organizations and handle alternative viewpoints

  • Adept at getting things done in a highly matrixed and ambiguous environment

  • Effectively handles changing priorities and additional duties as assigned

  • 5+ years channel strategy/channel programs experience

  • Understanding of global markets and channel models

  • Self-motivated, with proven track record of execution as a team member & team leader

  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and interfacing with all stakeholders at all seniority levels
