Requisition# 003686 Columbia Sportswear Company, Portland, Oregon, RPA Technical Lead. Duties: Perform Analysis & Design, coding, unit/integration testing of highly complex systems functionality and/or defect correction across multiple platforms. Perform Solution Design using design principles. Lead and influence technical direction for large scale, highly complex technical initiatives and/or projects requiring integration of cross-functional systems. Create system documentation/play book(s) and serve as lead technical reviewer and contributor in requirements, design and code reviews. Independently troubleshoot complex problems and recommend solutions or practices relative to root cause analyses and identification of solutions for improving system performance and availability. Provide technical guidance in evaluating applications systems or evaluating requests for proposals. Develop accurate estimates on work packages. Guide and establish RPA ecosystem with underlying infrastructure. Analyze and design specifications for less experienced internal and third party team members to execute. Actively mentor and contribute to technical skills development of internal and third party teams. Participate in cross departmental technical decisions. Use RPA to configure software that captures and interprets existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses, and communicating with other digital systems. Automate workflow, infrastructure, and back office processes. Less than 5% International travel required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted); and

Experience: 7 years' post bachelor's progressive experience as a Tech Lead, Robotic Process Automation Developer, IT Analyst, or similar position.

Certifications: 1) Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA professional

2) Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 6 Programmer

3) Oracle Certified Expert, Java EE 6 Web Services Developer

4) IBM Certified Solution Designer Rational Software Architect

5) IBM Certified Specialist Rational Team Concert V3

6) SAFe 4 Certified Scrum Master

Skills/Requirements:

7 years' experience in each of the following: Designing and developing software applications using JDK 1.6 & above, J2EE – Servlets, JSPs, Open JPA, JDBC, JMS, EJB 3.0, JAX-WS, JAX-RPC,XML, XSD and Rest Services; Developing integration using Web components including HTML 5, CSS, React, Dojo Framework, and Wicket Framework; Working with database systems including SQL Server and Oracle, NoSQL, and DB2; Developing N-Tier applications;

3 years' experience in the following:

Using RPA to integrate Active directory, SAP, Sales force, Java web portals, and OCR AI/ML;

2 years' experience in the following:

Working with Perl, VB scripting, Python, Cloud integration and Hadoop 2.7.0, and spark; Developing and consuming SAP – BAPI and SAP-OData; Working with SAP Development Modules of RFC, Screen programming, and SAP reports using ABAP.
