Kforce Return to Work Coordinator in Portland, Oregon

Kforce has a client in search of a Return to Work Coordinator in Portland, OR.Summary:The Return to Work (RTW) Coordinator facilitates the return-to-work/school process for individuals that might have been exposed or tested posted for the COVID-19 virus. The RTW Coordinator serves as a critical communication link between clients and their schools or employers and is responsible for initial outreach and regular follow-up throughout the recovery process. The RTW Coordinator will utilize a proprietary software/app to track cases through the recovery process, keeping in touch through phone/email as needed to support and facilitate clearance to return to work or school.Duties:

  • Acts as brand ambassador; Consistently presents with a positive attitude and is conscientious, communicative, helpful, and responsive

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience to all stakeholders (workers, students, schools, employers, etc.)

  • Sustain excellent interactions with clients using clear communication and problem-solving skills

  • Responds to school and employer issues and refers issues as appropriate

  • Provides tier 1 & tier 2 technical support for system

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience

  • One year of experience in customer service environment

  • Must have strong customer service orientation

  • Ability to develop and maintain good rapport with workers, students, schools and employers

  • Flexibility and ability to deal effectively with unforeseen requests or circumstances

  • Solid computer skills and ability to navigate the Sidney Navigator system

  • Team player

  • Ability to facilitate direct and detailed information exchange with schools and employers
