Holladay Park Plaza, Portland's premiere continuing care retirement community is looking for an energetic, positive, reliable and organized individual to join our Administrative team.

Job Schedule: Swing Shift 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming calls on a multi-line system

  • Greeting and screening all guests

  • Assisting all staff, residents and vendors in a multitude of tasks

  • Monitoring building security and reporting emergencies and suspicious persons/activities

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Good telephone demeanor

  • Organization

  • Good written/verbal skills

  • Professional dress attire and demeanor while on duty

  • Ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality as it relates to residents and employees of the Plaza

  • Ability to use tact, patience and diplomacy in relating with seniors and co-workers

  • Ability to work and cooperate well with other employees and the general public

  • Needs to take initiative and exhibit good judgment in dealing with residents, co-workers and the general public
