Bonneville Power Administration Public Utilities Specialist (Settlements Analyst) in Portland, Oregon
This position is located in the Bulk Marketing Contract Support Group (PTC), Bulk Marketing (PT), Power Services (P), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
The purpose of this position is to serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) Settlements Project and as the functional lead Settlements Analyst.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSA qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as:Applying the utility industry business practices and regulations, rate structures, or operational processes to 1) perform analyses of current oremerging industry trends and issues (e.g., reporting, compliance, system and software issues), 2) validate market data to identify anomalies and manage dispute resolution and settlements, 3)provide advisory services to management and client about business-related products and policy development.
There is no substitution of education for experience at the GS-13 level.
