Job Title: Global Services Coordinator

Location: Portland, OR or Reston, VA offices

About This Role:

Comscore is looking for a driven Global Services Coordinator to help facilitate international hiring and onboarding initiatives. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Global Services Coordinator to support and implement directives from a VP of Software Engineering. If you’re looking for an opportunity utilize your people-management and reporting skills while learning new processes, then we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support new hire/onboarding & termination activities

  • Manage invoice processing (approvals, reconcile to JIRA time tracking / budget asks, and other follow-ups)

  • Produce monthly adhoc team/program-level metrics

  • Keep vendor staff fulfilment tracker up to date and handle related weekly team assignments

  • Produce weekly status for Program Management group and support manager on other executive presentations for leadership

  • Engage in SOW creation, execution & tracking with Tech Procurement, Finance, and Legal

  • Capture and address action items from biweekly vendor meetings to support relationship management activities such as staffing fulfillment, action items, rate negotiation, etc.

  • Resolve impediments as identified by project teams and assist with presentation materials

  • Work across departments to resolve impediments as identified by project teams

What You’ll Need:

  • Associates Degree or Higher in Business, Communications, Accounting or Finance is a plus

  • 0-2 years of professional experience with international staffing management and/or vendor relations and services highly desired

  • Ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication and research skills, and an ability to work independently

  • A Proven track record of effectively coordinating multiple projects in a change-oriented environment
