Job Description

Performs a variety of functions according to established procedures while utilizing multiple systems. These functions may include but are not limited to file pulls, re-files, filing of documents, sorting and distribution of incoming mail, routing loan packages in the applicable system(s), processing banker and auditor document requests, and imaging related tasks. Communicates with Lending Services staff and business line representatives to respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and obtain additional documents needed to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two to four years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environment

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines, shifting between them as needed

  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate issues with minimal guidance

  • Basic knowledge of loan documents, policies, procedures, and workflows

  • Imaging experience is beneficial but not required
