Responsibilities:

  • First tier support for all internal employees

  • Work open tickets to completion and escalating issues when needed

  • Ready workstations for upgrades and new hires

  • Create Active Directory accounts and perform hardware configurations

  • Install required applications and other software

  • Onboard new employees

  • Provide end user training and supporting documentation

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365

  • Strong knowledge of PC’s, Laptops, Tablets, and other hardware components

  • Understanding of core networking concepts and Active Directory

  • Must be able to move and transport objects up to 50 lbs.

  • Certifications in ComptTia A+ and CompTia Network + is highly preferred
