Cura CS Executive Assistant in Portland, Oregon
The purpose of the Executive Assistant is to support the high-level Executive team at Cura. Cura is a fast-growing, fast-paced cannabis company which operates in several states. This individual must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast- paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, have strong administrative skills, and be a team player. Discernment and discretion are also important qualities of someone who is a good fit for this role.
Representing Cura executives in a professional and educated manner
Traveling to support the executives as they visit other branches
Screening calls/taking messages
Managing multiple calendars
Organizing and planning meetings
Researching and reporting information to management
Arranging travel accommodations
Providing excellent customer service over the phone and in person
Helping maintain positive relationships between departments and employees
Assisting in resolving any administrative problems
Organizing and maintaining company records
Filing multiple expense reports
Experience working with high-level information, and the ability to exercise discretion.
Superb organizational and planning skills
Screening/organizing/responding to executives? emails
Acting as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
Must have an OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit before starting
Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
Excellent communication skills ? written and verbal
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent discernment skills
Ability to work independently
The Administrative Assistant will work in an office environment and also travel with executives to other branches. This individual may be required to perform courier duties as needed.
Compensation depends on experience. Full-time Cura employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
