The Senior Sales Coordinator supports and collaborates with the Sales Leadership Team to work on ad-hoc and planned projects for the sales organization. The role also establishes standardized processes and procedures across the sales team. This roles highest priorities are ensuring sales effectiveness and collaboration with other departments.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales Leadership Team on creating, owning and managing sales campaigns and internal events

  • Support Sales Leadership Team with territory planning and account assignment

  • Create and manage sales quota/comp plans and work with Variable Comp on monthly payout calculations

  • Compile, generate, maintain, and/or distribute various reports and trackers

  • Create, update, and implement systems and procedures as needed

  • Review and submit contracts and other sponsorship documents (support Sales Coordinator when needed)

  • Coordinate internal communication, processes and procedures

  • Partner with Business Analyst in creating dashboards for sales organization

  • Ensures clear communication regarding changes to sponsorships, sales processes and other sales initiatives happen to ensure changes are thoroughly implemented across the organization

  • Ensure accuracy of event listing, staff assignments, and account assignments in CRM

  • Support Director, Sales & Business Ops with calendar, expense reports, overall organizational and regional initiatives

  • Excellent Microsoft office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

  • Ability to multi-task various projects and assignments within a strict time period

  • Business acumen and strong communications skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment while moving between projects, phone calls, meetings and emails throughout the day

  • Ability to interpret and understand a variety of complex situations, then determine and follow the appropriate set of guidelines based on the situation

  • Ability to build and maintain relationship with high degree of professionalism

  • Ability to coordinate and motivate project teams

  • Demonstrated track record of success of achieving business objectives
