JOB PURPOSE

The primary purpose of the Cura CS Customer Service Representative is to manage a high volume of customer service inquiries regarding our line of THC and CBD products. This individual must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast- paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, have strong communication skills, and be a team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to inbound messages and effectively advise customers regarding products

  • Represent Cura in a professional and educated manner

  • Provide excellent customer service skills while maintaining high quality standards

  • Respond to customer concerns with patience

  • Research and report information to management

  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone, by email, over social media, and through live chat

  • Help maintain positive relationships between Cura and our customers

  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

  • 0-4 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in a contact center including Phone, Email, Text, Chat, Social Media

  • Proven working knowledge with MS Office, Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar

  • Provide customer support via Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

  • Excellent communication skills ? both written and verbal

  • Extreme attention to detail and the ability to self-edit

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, customer-service focused

  • Minimum typing speed 45 wpm

  • Mobile application support experience preferred

  • Live chat agent experience preferred

  • MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OLD AND HAVE AN OLCC MARIJUANA WORKERS PERMIT

  • Depending on Experience
