Harder Mechanical Contractors CAD Technical Support Specialist in Portland, Oregon
Reporting to the BIM Manager (Development), you are responsible for resolving internal and external issues with AutoCAD Verticals such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, Fabrication CADMEP, and Plant3D Spec Editor. You should be familiar with modeling software like Inventor, Revit and NavisWorks to create Plant3D parts compatible with the different AutoCAD environments.
The successful candidate will be tasked with completing customer requests accurately and in a timely manner using the programs outlined below and in accordance with Harder?s developed standards.

Respond to technical support requests
Build and test part families for accuracy and quality before release
Peer review of support requests
Advance unresolved issues to senior staff as required
Minimum 2 years? experience using platforms outlined above
Strong people, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Additional language skills are advantageous
Ability to read vendor drawings or cut sheets to create and/or verify working parts
Knowledge of Microsoft file structures
Ability to multitask and be flexible with time management
Potential to work overtime as needed
