This is an opportunity to join Autodesk’s fast-growing Marketing Operations and Technology (MOT) organization and contribute to in our transformation to a establishing a world-class digital marketing organization.

The Business Process Analyst role is critical in bridging the gaps between business strategy, enterprise architecture and business processes (implemented through systems, people and their individual job functions).In this role, you will work closely with MOT and Stakeholder organizations to identify, model and map enterprise-wide processes into effective workflows while identifying processes and procedures that can be optimized then automated to increase efficiencies. This role requires a deep understanding of business/marketing processes and experience in translating the business processes into detailed requirements.


  • Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of marketing and other organizational functions (e.g., sales) and trends to recommend business process and systems improvements in support of our marketing organization.

  • Possess ability to work with marketing partners, business leaders, and business architects to fully examine and model business processes to produce business requirements:

  • Create and prioritize Use Cases across the marketing organization

  • Produce and maintain holistic, end-to-end business process maps that detect inefficiencies, pain/failure points, as well as explore / leverage processes working smoothly.

  • Research, design, and develop comprehensive end-to-end future-state processes identifying the best opportunities to drive optimization and improvement through automation.

  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns

  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels

  • Facilitate process workflow modeling workshops (either with individuals or cross-organization groups) to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.

  • Produce business requirements and Change Impact Analysis documents

  • Identify and bridge gaps between strategic initiatives and operational capabilities

  • Articulate and measure how improvements enable users to reach corporate goals and strategic initiatives

  • Bring innovative, new methods to improve user experience and productivity

  • Provide, transfer knowledge and/or inform information into cross-functional workstreams training and skills development assessment

  • Collaborate and work closely with: technology, operations, enablement and various internal customers to drive process improvements.

  • Performs cost/benefit analyses, when needed

  • Prepare reports and presentations, as needed, including delivering presentations and training courses, where needed.

  • Provide updates for the weekly on project status.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Successful candidate will have 5+ of experience in analyzing and improving business processes in Sales & Marketing

  • Performing process assessments, designing business processes, developing visual workflows and mapping of processes and supporting documentation.

  • Experience in identifying automation opportunities through assessment activities, and able to translate process transitions across multiple business units.

  • Keen analytical skills and the ability to tackle critical situations while maintaining constructive work relationships with the employees of all the departments at all levels.

  • Proficient in MS Visio or like flow charting tools

  • CBAP or similar certification

  • Experience with reporting tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Sales Ops, Marketing Ops or Customer Success experience

  • Six Sigma certified

  • Superior communication skills: the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
