We are looking for a marketing rock star that can help assist our Senior Brand & Account Manager. This individual must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast- paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, and a team player.


  • Maintain organization of all marketing elements with clear action items and deliverables and follow-up with cross-functional team members as needed to ensure all project elements are on track

  • Support the team in managing pre/during/post productions and internal approvals

  • Assure a coordinated toolkit delivery to markets

  • Development of communication tools from conception to implementation ensuring all projects are on brief and meet the highest creative standards

  • Manage timelines, budgets and communication flow amongst the cross-functional team to ensure all team members are informed on latest updates and deadlines, etc.

  • Presentations and events coordination

  • Arrange meetings

  • Prepare documents for internal sign-off

  • Handle local market requests in a responsible manner and provide coordinated feedback

  • Newsletter

  • Coordinate with teams and vendors across projects and activities for the business unit: agency or vendor briefing process and development of concepts and creative elements.

  • Correspond with external partners and suppliers in terms of budget

  • Coordinate campaign recaps and post-mortems, identifying and sharing key learnings, analytics, and delivery against KPIs


  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Retail, Digital or a related field. Master Degree / MBA a plus but not required.

  • 4+ years? industry and/or relevant work experience.


  • Good interpersonal/communication skills and level of strategic thinking

  • Experience in marketing or advertising communications, campaign development and execution

  • Ability to collaborate, use platforms, and tools utilized by multiple functions

  • Ability to manage and/or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups: product marketing, communications, social, digital

  • Consolidated understanding of and passion for cannabis and culture

  • Strong presentation and organizational skills
