The Branch Manager is responsible for directing the daily branch activities. Performs all management functions at assigned branch including supervision of all staff. Provides operational and systems support to the branch. Handles a variety of complex customer and operational transactions requiring a high degree of expertise in specialized operational areas. Responsible for scheduling work, training, and providing cross-training as necessary. Develops personnel in branches and participates in a sales and service culture consistent with the credit union's goal to deliver exceptional quality, expand member relationships, increase revenues, and build member base. Ensures attainment of growth and profitability goals of the branch. Partners closely with other departments throughout our company to ensure consistent application and execution of policies and procedures. Fosters a positive working environment for employee empowerment through coaching and support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 2 - 4 years experience in a management or supervisory capacity; well-developed leadership, management, and coaching skills required. 2 -5 year(s) lending experience required. 5 - 7 years financial institution operations experience.
