Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated team player to join the Audit & Advisory Services (A&AS) team to continue to shape and support the compliance environment at Autodesk. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, is highly adaptable, and has a deep understanding of business processes, systems, and related risk. To be successful, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts, and drive compliance.


This individual contributor role will require the candidate to work across various functions within the A&AS team, including:

  • Performing risk assessments of new/evolving business models

  • Identifying risks, controls gaps and enhancements for newly acquired companies

  • Evaluating the roll-out of Robotic Process Automation and other changes to business processes

  • Assisting with the scoping and execution of operational audits

  • Participating in compliance investigations

  • Performing SOX control testing and providing general program support

  • Serving as a trusted business partner to stakeholders across the company

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years relevant business experience; preferably in Software / SaaS industry

  • Background in Finance, Audit or Operations preferred

  • Demonstrated experience identifying risks within business processes and related systems

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; high attention to detail is critical

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; data analytics experience is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to provide sound business judgment, strategic thinking, and broad financial and business perspective

  • Analytical thinker with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate to evolving business needs

  • Proficiency in synthesizing information quickly, while being able to make decisions with confidence

  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment

  • Capability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities

  • Working knowledge of the complexities of a global company and ability to operate within a matrix environment

  • Understanding of software revenue recognition rules and related requirements
