About the Position: In this position, you will serve as an Administrative Support Assistant for the Northwestern Division Regional Business and Programs Directorates, providing advice to the Directors, Supervisors and staff in both organizations, regarding methods and procedures associated with administrative support systems.
Provides direct support to two Senior Executive Service (SES) Directors.
Schedules meetings, conference rooms, congressional visits, other engagements with constituents within NWD, other government entities
or private sectors.
Coordinates all senior leader engagement details with the NWD Executive Officer.
Schedules and tracks all SES required training and coordinate with the Senior Executive Service Office.
Coordinates all travel arrangements for the SES including travel reservations, travel orders and travel claims.
Reviews, edits, and collaborates with Staff and Districts on all documents including contract packages staffed to the NWD Executive Office.

Education: One and a half years of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Administration Management, Business Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management .
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond one year (total semester hours minus 18) by 9. Add the two percentages. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
