Wildhorse Resort and Casino Players Club Assistant Manager in Pendleton, Oregon
JOB SUMMARY Shall support operations of Player Development and Club Wild including: Club Wild program(s) tracking, support of guest service standards, data analysis and reporting, and VIP Host program structure. Position will also support coordination of club and casino promotional programs including resource planning, execution, and analysis and reporting. Position will be responsible for club related purchasing and inventory.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ensure customer satisfaction and casino play through prompt, efficient and friendly service.Supervise and promote VIP Host program operations and incentives, to achieve growth goals.Support integration of Club’s customer service standards, through development, tracking and reporting of goals.Collect and monitor reporting to track VIP Host performance and compliance with program requirements. Coach VIP Hosts in building players and managing lists of players. Provide VIP Host support through tools, resources, and incentives, all in alignment with marketing management strategy.Ensure VIP Hosts and Club Wild Staff are knowledgeable about WRC programs, promotions, events, and guest services to ensure an accurate release of information.Develop team effectiveness and morale while assisting growth of individual team members.Manage assigned projects in alignment with players club strategies and in coordination with Casino Marketing Manager.Works with Casino Marketing Manager to monitor budget for Player Development and Club Wild.Responsible for club inventory, including: ordering, pricing, monitoring stock and reconciliation.Plan resources, implement, and facilitate club and casino promotions at the direction of Wildhorse marketing strategies and in alignment with Casino Marketing Manager in a safe manner.Maintain the integrity of the WRC database for successful customer relations and business management.Work closely with marketing staff and participate in planning meetings to ensure the success of casino and club promotions.Coordinate data with Marketing, for target marketing and player, promotion, and product development.Ensure that the database information is handled confidentially and appropriately at all times.Comply with regulatory laws, PPandP, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.Keep Manager apprised of VIP Host Program operations and immediately report any unusual situations.Promote a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly report all concerns to manager.Ensure that operation of equipment, tools and materials are handled in a safe manner.Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.Other related duties as needed or directed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Three (3) years’ experience as a player development host or supervisor/manager. 2. Two (2) years’ experience in player tracking management. 3. Two (2) years’ of guest service experience, preferably in gaming floor work. 4. Two (2) years’ experience assisting with or supervising casino promotions. 5. High School Diploma or GED.
