Identify, target, and pursue profitable new clinical and anatomic pathology business in the assigned territory. The goal is to generate capital to fund current and future corporate obligations, expansions into new markets, and to pursue new business opportunities with a strong focus on FQHC's, Community Hospitals and other targeted lines of business. Travel: 65% travel will be needed for this job Qualifications Education: Four year degree in any discipline preferred Licensure/Certification: Valid driver's license with insurable driving history Experience: Minimum of 5 years sales experience in clinical or anatomic laboratory or related medical field. Overview Specific Areas of Responsibility PERFORMANCE CRITERIA The following criteria must be met consistently to be in good standing with Interpath: Research, create/document a list of all potential clients by client type in hc1. Client types are: o Large clinics including hospital owned o Large (multi-specialty) clinics including hospital owned o Federally Qualified Health Clinics (FQHC's) o Critical Access Hospitals (CAH's) o Medium size Hospital (non CAH's) o Large Hospitals/Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN's) o Indian Health Services o Correctional Facilities o Nuclear facilities o Federal Veterans Administration o Health Departments o Toxicology Accounts o Large Employers o Independent Practice Associations (IPA's) o Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO's) o Health Information Exchanges (HIE's) o Networks of providers organized through physician groups, insurance companies, hospital systems, CCO's o Insurance Companies (regional) e.g. Regence, Providence, Premera & #61623; Develop an hc1 documented plan/strategy/schedule which includes the building of relationships with the key stakeholders for each prospective client in each client type on a specified time frame. The outcomes of the schedule/plan/strategy and interactions with key stakeholders for past, current and future contacts will be will be documented in hc1. & #61623; All client interactions will be documented in hc1 on the day of occurrence. & #61623; Conference call or meeting every two weeks to review/discuss/plan the previous two weeks activities plus future strategies. A routine date and time to be established for this meeting & #61623; Meet annual sales quota as given by CEO. 1. million Annual new revenue based on 13K average per month.
