A-dec, Inc. Marketing Operations & Project Manager in Newberg, Oregon
This position is responsible for the development and success of strategic programs and promotions and their cross-functional execution to support sales, Marketing and financial goals. This role will develop and execute content and media strategies across a variety of mediums and channels, with an end goal of engaging and inspiring our customers.
Manages Product Launch, Campaigns, and Program Schedules for Global Marketing teams. Leads project intake, kick off activities, manages WRIKE and TEAMS (project management-resource planning tool), partners with each manager to plan and track budgets, timelines, and resources. Responsible for status reports, reviews, and ensuring communication and handoff between teams for successful global launches.
Develop and execute the global lead management process, working collaboratively with marketing and sales leadership to analyze information and support conversion of leads from prospects to customers.
Manages and supports Marketing Automation Campaigns, in CRM. Build and report out on marketing campaign and KPIs, to ensure Media and marketing efforts are well utilized. Build drip campaigns, to target leads and support the sales funnel.
Work cross-functionally on the strategic development and execution of marketing programs and promotions to support the organization’s sales and financial goals. Analyzes and reports results through presentations to Executive Team.
Develop and execute dealer incentive programs, working with Sales, Dealer Partners, and Finance on financial impact opportunities.
Oversees agency relationships and budget for developing the content with creative or an agency, partners with sales to make sure trip details are organized, tracks ROI on incentives and promotions. Supports building out the details and develops communication plans.
Drives and manages media strategy initiatives and budget that support brand, engagement, drives leads that deliver sales and customer retention. Research, negotiate, and manage fulfillment – partnering with Sales, Dealer Partners,
Product Marketing, and Creative and outside agencies.
Oversees and drives media strategy and analysis; verifies media buys to ensure proper execution, and reviews campaign lead performance to optimize plan and supports business objectives. Track and analyze media, partnering with UX/Web
Analyst and IT to track team KPIs and report results to Marketing and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and other standard ad hoc reports to communicate effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Build and manage process improvements to increase efficiency in marketing campaign deployment, tracking, reporting, and conversions.
Identify, analyze marketplace trends, tools, and technologies that drive higher performance and optimization to support the creation of an enterprise-wide approach toward data-driven decision making and evaluation.
Works collaboratively with Marketing Manager colleagues globally to execute the adoption of marketing technology for marketing efficiency and effectiveness improvements. Partners with IT to drive and support the ongoing management of organization-wide CRM.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business and generally requires 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in marketing operations, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 3+ years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated experience in project management with the ability to prioritize projects, manage resources, and lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary project teams.
Ability to align department strategic goals, activities and initiatives with the strategic goals of the company while understanding the business implications of decisions.
Experience developing, interpreting and managing data / reporting.
Experience creating effective and efficient lead management programs and associated metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively motivate and lead employees at a variety of levels.
Self-starter, strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a team. Enthusiastic about learning new things and building out new skill sets within the marketing.
Team player who isn’t afraid
Experience with the use of CRM software, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience with the use of e-mail marketing platforms.
