Job Description

Part Time Administrative Maintenance Assistant

M-F

8am-12pm (Hours are flexible)

Milwaukie, OR

$15-$18 DOE hourly

Temporary (6-12 week assignment)

Job Duties:

  • Supports the Maintenance department

  • Answering phone calls and emails regarding maintenance requests for the company

  • Opening/closing maintenance job orders and process the information in their software program

  • Assist with specialty projects daily

  • Communicate information and directions to vendors to ensure completion of job order

Requirements:

  • 1 year administrative experience preferred

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Must be self-efficient

  • Mechanical skills/background is a plus but not preferred
