The Job in a Nutshell:

We are looking for a talented graphic designer who also has a passion for writing to join our Employee Experience team as our first Content Coordinator. You?ll write content and design graphics for a wide variety of LP events and programs: weekly newsletter, virtual events, social media posts, branding collateral for special events and more. If you have a passion for writing and graphic design, we want to speak with you! Please include a cover letter, a writing sample, and some graphic design examples for us to review.

What You Will Love Doing:

  • Using best practices in multimedia design to create videos, graphics, and other collateral that enhances and promotes Employee Experience programs and events; ensuring branded content adheres to Logical Position brand guidelines

  • Coordinating with the Manager of Employee Experience on the production and distribution of internal marketing content that inspires meaningful events and experiences for Logical Position employees

  • Crafting compelling newsletter, email, and event invitation copy using the tone and voice of internal Logical Position communications; creating visually appealing displays of data within internal publications

  • Working with Employee Experience team members to understand department initiatives; determining appropriate collateral and media formats to communicate information and improve acceptance and involvement in events and programs

  • Assisting with the production of digital events such as live shows and specialty events to ensure employees have a positive viewing experience

What You Bring:

  • 2+years? of professional experience in graphic design, content creation, or related field

  • Experience with video editing and knowledge of graphic design concepts and platforms including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

  • Compelling creative writing skills with the ability to write content quickly and accurately under pressure

  • Proven aptitude for quick, creative thinking and acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines

  • Bachelor?s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design or related field preferred

  • Reliable work ethic; self-motivated to complete tasks independently while working well on a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills; adaptable and readily available to fulfill multiple tasks

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with project management skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
