The Job in a Nutshell:

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who will showcase their proficiency in data entry and willingness to learn new programs quickly. As the Account Receivable Clerk, you will work in all Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Excel and use keyboard shortcuts to whiz through your billing queue. Your responsibilities include manually billing clients who are not on a recurring billing subscription, updating billing information in existing client accounts, and changing client packages as requested. With this role, you will also be working with multiple digital advertising platforms and regularly communicate with Account Managers to alert them of any updates in their client's accounts.

What You Will Love Doing:

  • Billing new, manual, and recurring deals from the sales team

  • Managing declined billing transactions

  • Maintaining and submitting the new account tracker for our Client Services team

  • Updating billing contact information, applying contract discounts, and adding or removing billing schedules

  • Posting incoming checks

  • Posting light payables, 40 checks per month

  • Managing past due payments, refunds, and voided transactions

  • Providing billing information as needed to other departments

To Fit the Bill:

  • Highly computer proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite

  • High volume data entry experience

  • Highly proficient with typing and 10-key

  • 50+ wpm typing speed

  • Proficiency with Excel strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated professional communication skills

  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and navigate new platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft, and multiple billing systems

  • All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

To Score Extra Points:

  • 1+ years' accounting experience

  • Degree in a business-related field

  • Demonstrated knack for streamlining processes

  • Experience with any of the following:

  • Google Ads

  • Microsoft

  • Affiliate marketing platforms

  • Multiple billing systems

  • Zuora or any recurring subscription software
