WorkSource Oregon Office Manager in Knappa, Oregon

Office Manager for local water utility, a membership association with 600 connections. ' Part time (16-20 hours per week, plus additional time, as needed). ' $16-$20 per hour wage based on experience. ' Retirement plan offered. ' Paid personal time off with accrual. ' Eight paid holidays Key responsibilities include: ' Perform all secretarial, bookkeeping functions, and other related work as necessary for the normal administrative function of the office. ' Prepare monthly financial reports and board meeting information packets. ' Attend and take minutes of the monthly Board of Directors meeting. ' Prepare and mail water bills. Receive and record payments. ' Complete paperwork on new memberships and transfers. ' Gather; prepare all books, reports, files, etc. and work with the CPA for the annual audit. ' Prepare any communications for customers/members as needed. Successful candidate will have: ' Telephone and in-person customer service skills. ' Current working knowledge in QuickBooks, word processing, and spreadsheets. ' General bookkeeping with experience in accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and reporting. ' Good organizational skills. ' Integrity of the highest order. ' Valid Oregon Driver License. ' Live in the Knappa-Svensen-Burnside-Brownsmead area. ***Application Deadline: December 4th******
