As a Senior SuccessFactors Business Analyst, you will be part of the SAP HR Team under Qorvo’s IT Enterprise Business Applications organization. You will lead and perform complex SAP HCM application and SuccessFactors configuration across all modules as needed to meet new and changing business needs. Write business cases, gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, and research technical and functional solutions. Strong proponent of and drive out of box Success Factors features in lieu of customizing options. Provide technical and business process expertise to resolve end user support. Lead project activities including work with various cross functional and technical groups including the SAP Development team to design and test complex programs, reports, interfaces, forms, and data conversions. This position will also be responsible for providing insight and guidance to ensure that SAP SuccessFactors use is optimal and follows industry best practices.


  • Lead and facilitate cross functional solution design discussions with business process owners, solution architect, business analysts and developers

  • Key contributor on the ongoing SAP SuccessFactors implementation including Employee Central (EC) and Talent modules. Will provide SuccessFactors expertise and optimal solution design leveraging out of box capabilities

  • Perform hands-on work related to system configuration etc. Document business requirements, Business process flows, functional specs and solution designs

  • Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with business and technical leaders

  • Able to take user requirements, design appropriate solutions and carry them through implementation including integration testing and end user training

  • Provide input to architecture, security, and data standards; ensure end-to-end solutions adhere to these standards

  • Work with key stakeholders to support organizational strategic objectives, leveraging SuccessFactors functionality to ease administrative burden and build efficient, effective, and scalable processes

  • Serve as functional and technical expert for all SuccessFactors modules (i.e. EC, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Goals and Performance, LMS) - Engaging with SuccessFactors Community and user groups to ensure that we are getting the most out of current and future SuccessFactors capabilities

  • Adhere to lean principles and standard processes to ensure continuous improvement


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 12+ years of cumulative work experience

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules

  • Hands-on techno functional experience in SAP HCM area

  • Experience in SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central with special/deep knowledge in configuring and implementing Employee Central functionalities based on the business requirements

  • Lead multiple End to End Implementation projects

  • Solid experience with IT processes related to Change Management, Release Management and SDLC

  • Superior communications skills, both verbal, written and presentation, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Keen to learn, develop and master new skills

  • Keen attention to detail, specifically when given direction, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, and problem-solving

  • Energetic and self-motivated, willingness to learn and openness to change are important

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information
