How will you make an impact?

The Administrative Assistant is a key contributor to our effective site leadership team and cross functional product development and operations management teams. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, results oriented, and team oriented. Although standard administrative responsibilities are at this position's core, professional growth and career opportunity will come from collaboration, proactive thinking and actions to improve the management team and department efficiency and effectiveness.

What will you do?

  • Completes a variety of administrative tasks for the management team including: managing complex schedules and activities; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that can be confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas

  • Schedule and coordinate complex meetings using latest information technology and resources. This includes but is not limited to, attendee communications, venue management, catering and program material preparation. Meetings could include leadership off-site meetings, customer visits, town halls, team meetings, etc.

  • Provide data management. Solicit needed data from multiple sources, organize and compile in formats to facilitate analysis and presentation. Establish, update and maintain files, inventories and records, etc., as necessary

  • Serve as an information source and respected advisor on departmental and organizational policies and procedures.

  • Generate, compose and edit confidential, routine and non-routine documents. Proof-read and correct as necessary or compose routine correspondence using predetermined formats.

  • Provide innovative, creative and time-tested methods for fostering continuing improvement to practices or processes.

  • Complete projects, special assignments, other tasks and duties as self-initiated or assigned.

How will you get here?


  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred


  • 3 years of experience in a role requiring administrative support Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Highly organized and diligent

  • High sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects and tasks with deadlines

  • Demonstrated experience in working independently to identify, analyze, and solve problems with creative and successful solutions. Proactive in identifying issues and solutions.

  • Previous success at building strong organizational relationships and fostering teamwork

  • Adept and agile at incorporating new digital technologies and tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness
