Intel SoC Emulation Validation Engineer in Hillsboro, Oregon
The Xeon Performance Group (XPG) Emulation COE is looking for talented and passionate engineer to be part of our family as we continue the journey of developing world leading Xeon server SoC, Networking server SoC as well as custom ASIC.
Hardware emulation has become an indispensable validation tool for large and complex SoCs targeting data center, networking, AI, and super computer applications. Role responsibilities include developing SoC emulation models, creating testbenches, integrating transactors, developing trackers, bringing up models, debugging failures, and supporting end users of our emulation models. You will also develop plans and schedules, collect customer requirements, present status, and propose technical trade-offs.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering with 6 months experience in least one of the following areas:
Computer Architecture, Digital Logic Design Digital Logic Verification, Memory and IO technology, Software development
System Verilog or VHDL, C/C++ or python, perl, scripting languages
