Job Mission

The Group Leader directly reports to the Continental Field Factory Installations Manager. The Group Leader manages a team of engineers that Install EUV Systems.

The Group Leader will interface with Customer Support Installations staff, CS Installations Project Leaders, local CS Field organization and Factory staff in the field.

Job Description

Manage the team of US installation Engineers that install EUV systems at customers World Wide and be accountable for the team’s delivery performance. The manager needs to build the skills of the team, manage team performance, allocate team members to projects, and be an escalation channel if team performance is not meeting expectations.

Stake holder management is a key aspect of this role. The stake holders include the service organization that is receiving the system, and multiple internal organizations that interface with the installation team.

The project manager must constantly drive continuous improvement not only to optimize the performance of their team but also to improve ASML operations.

Education

Position requires a BS degree in an engineering, applied science, or equivalent experience.

Experience

4+ years of management experience in a highly dynamic customer facing role.

Personal skills

Good rapport with people, analytical thinker, structured approach, process oriented, and excels in a dynamic environment.

Must be flexible, stress resistant, and able to work independent as well as in a team. Good knowledge of the English language.

Excellent communication skills with ability to digest technical details into information that can be used to make business decisions or influence others.

Other Information

Expect to travel both domestically and internationally up to 25%.
