RA4 Bulk Chemical Delivery technicians are responsible for maintaining the bulk chemical delivery systems as well as supporting some CS site waste/HazMat operations. In addition, the technician is responsible for improvement processes, identifying non-standard situations, writing procedures, and implementing solutions. Technician will work in a highly independent manner necessitating good independent thinking and exercising critical thinking to solve problems.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Operating and maintaining chemical delivery systems which support High Volume Manufacturing facilities.
Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on chemical and solvent systems.
Utilizing quality systems, diagnosing process issues, interpreting data related to bulk chemical and waste systems.
Utilizing Maximo Maintenance planning software.
Support waste truck/drum manifest signing via 49CFR certification.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.
Associate's degree in a technical discipline or a minimum of 2 years of Military service.
1+ years of experience in facilities or fab operations and maintenance environment.
Willingness to lift a minimum of 30lbs and work ergonomically within in confined spaces.
Willingness to perform job roles and responsibilities while wearing personal protective equipment.
Willingness to excel as an individual contributor and part of a team and work effectively across multiple facilities operations disciplines.
Willingness to work with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
Knowledge of chemical nomenclature used in a semiconductor processing facility.
Knowledge and proven ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pumps, valves and PLC control logic.
Prior experience in a chemical delivery module or hazardous material shipping.
Willingness to operate a PIT (forklift, pallet jack).
