As an Intern/Program Manager in the CS Talent Solutions Group , you will be instrumental in managing, planning, and executing the Corporate Services Intern Program for Summer 2021. In addition, you will also assist the team with any ad hoc projects, including finding ways for us to operate more efficiently, supporting day to day business operations, etc.

You will be an integral part of the process that ensures we have a very successful Summer Intern Program in the US Region. You will partner with the Hiring Team to plan and execute the Intern Program deliverables. You will join a highly innovative and driven team focused on providing a world-class talent workforce solutions.

You will have a broad range of responsibilities that will include, but are not limited to:

  • Owning and executing the Intel Corporate Services Group Summer 2021 Intern Program.

  • Presenting in front of a large audience, give direction and guidance.

  • Owning the Project Plan for the Summer 2021 Intern Program.

  • Compiling and tracking critical success indicators for overall Intern Program, process, performance, and health.

  • Traveling to Intel sites to manage Intern Activities and deliverables is possible if summer 2021 Internships are on site.

  • Scheduling Intern report outs, calendaring, and completion.

  • Managing calendar activities.

  • Finalizing the Summer Intern program, delivering its results, and finalizing the future Intern hire lists.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or Business Administration or closely related field.

3 months of experience in:

  • Office Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Event planning & management experience.

  • Project Management interests and education.

  • Business process documentation and improvement.

  • Marketing experience.
