A well respected Eugene area manufacturing company is looking for a long term temporary bilingual in Spanish Customer Service Representative. The successful Customer Service Representative will have direct contact with customers by phone and email before and/or after the sale and will support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relationships with clients/customers. The Customer Service Representative will enter orders, track order status, data enter updates into company database and will send and receive business correspondence. The Customer Service Representative will work with various departments to meet companywide service and sales goals and focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both.
